A medical facility for daily patient monitoring

USLD (long-term care unit) and UHR (reinforced accommodation unit)

The USLD is a service designed for people with a loss of autonomy. It is a medicalized facility, similar to a nursing home.

Attached to our hospital, the USLD provides medical supervision throughout the day, with precise care and medical monitoring. Its goal is to accommodate elderly people who can no longer perform daily tasks and who require regular care.

How does admission to our hospital work?

How does admission to a long-term care facility (USLD) work?

All files must include a medical certificate from the attending physician (or hospital physician). Admission is then decided by the physicians at our hospital.

The file includes the patient's current treatment and detailed health status. An administrative section is also provided to record all of the patient's personal information.

All expenses related to patient care are covered by Health Insurance or the APA (Personalized Autonomy Allowance). Accommodation and meals are the patient's responsibility.
